Job Description

  • Data Management Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reports summarizing employee attendance statistics, including absences, leaves, and tardiness, to facilitate payroll processing and performance evaluation.
  • Employee Welfare Management: Administer employee benefits in accordance with company policy, such as preparing and distributing uniforms, as well as coordinating the procurement and delivery of welfare gifts for various festivals (e.g., Chinese New Year and New Year) to employees in each department.
  • Performance Evaluation Duties: Coordinate and establish the annual performance evaluation system, encompassing both the Bangkok office and two additional factories.
  • Board and Executive Meeting Coordination: Schedule and notify the board of directors and department managers of meeting agendas, prepare meeting documents, and take minutes to produce meeting reports.
  • Human Resources Administration: Issue employee identification cards, verify and calculate entitlements for accumulated annual leave encashment, and manage other supporting documentation within the human resources department.
