Job Description

Calibration & Validation & Thermal Mapping
• Conducted calibration of measuring instruments both internally and externally in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 standards and GMP guidelines.
• Reviewed and analyzed calibration results and prepared Calibration Certificates in the approved format.
• Planned and executed the Validation Process for sterilization equipment and environmental control systems.
• Performed Thermal Mapping to assess temperature distribution in critical areas such as clean rooms, refrigerators, medicine storage cabinets, and controlled areas in compliance with PIC/S GMP requirements.
• Coordinated with internal and external departments, such as external Calibration Labs or production teams, to ensure operations align with User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Developed and controlled quality documents such as Validation Reports, Calibration Plans, and Cleanroom Validation to support audits from external agencies.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements to apply in the control of Calibration and Validation processes in accordance with international standards.
