Job Description

• 1. Conduct patient history interviews and provide patient information while waiting for examination, and facilitate the transfer of patients to different departments for further examination.
• 2. Assist patients in changing clothes before and after radiological examinations.
• 3. Provide care and service to patients in the examination room and assist physicians during examinations and various procedures, such as:
• - Preparing patients for ultrasound examinations.
• - Inputting patient information into the ultrasound machine, including preparing the necessary equipment for the examination and positioning the patient for each part of the ultrasound, and reporting to the radiologist when ready for examination.
• - Assisting physicians with interventional procedures such as biopsy/Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) for breast, liver, lung, and abdominal fluid drainage.
• - Preparing equipment for interventional procedures.
• - Delivering equipment for interventional procedures to the radiologist following sterile techniques.
• - Operating the ultrasound machine as directed by the radiologist during procedures.
• 4. Prepare the examination room and ensure the availability of essential medical supplies used regularly in the radiology department.
• 5. Report significant incidents or issues that occur during shifts to the department head.
