  • - Preparation and control overall New model projects to achieve the targeted plan.
  • - Coordination and communicate between customer and concern section to prepare for production of new model.

  • - Control and inspection documents to ensure the specified standards.

Job Description

  • - Analysis and improvement by reduce 7 waste in the production for achieve KPI target.
  • - Project manager : Reduce waste in the injection molding by setting the standard for the optimal humidity of materials.
  • - Coordinate with others section and create workflow for support other project in our team as follow ;
  • Production Monitoring, Ship-out scan, WMS, Injection molding.
  • - OEE training and suggestions for manufacturing process improvement for supervisors and employees in production.
  • - Reduce lead time of spare part for repairs machines.
  • - Reduce time for picking part in warehouse.
  • - Expand the area where work placed of the trolley.
  • - Manage stock chemical by using the FIFO system.
