Job Description

  • Support customers in the DWDM Service Layer 1 segment using Nokia and Huawei DWDM equipment, as well as troubleshooting customer usage issues and device faults to ensure customers can operate swiftly in accordance with the company's SLA. Additionally, oversee fiber quality and dark fiber to maintain fiber loss within the design specifications for optimal performance.
