Job Description

  • - Coordinate and support project implementation with stakeholders both within the team and externally (clients, partners, government agencies) to ensure smooth operations.
  • - Prepare project progress reports to inform management, team members, and stakeholders.
  • - Create and maintain project documentation, such as contracts, meeting minutes, and operational plans.
  • - Contact external vendors to secure resources as per project timelines.
  • - Record expenses and verify various bills to assist the Project Manager.
  • - Reserve meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and prepare necessary equipment for the team.
  • - Review the completeness of work or preliminary documents before forwarding them to the Project Manager or clients for approval.
  • - Attend meetings, training sessions, seminars, or other activities related to the project, both on-site and off-site.
