Job Description

  • Manage the compensation and benefits administration process, prepare payroll, and manage employee benefits, including social security, withholding tax (P.N.D. 1, P.N.D. 1 Kor, 50 Tawi), and related forms (K.R. 11).
  • Oversee employee relations and disciplinary matters, interpret and enforce workplace regulations, resolve workplace conflicts, coordinate negotiations with labor unions, prepare disciplinary documentation, warnings, and termination of employment contracts, as well as support activities to enhance employee engagement and internal communication.
  • Administer personnel data and human resources administration, maintain employee records, record and verify attendance, absences, tardiness for payroll processing, prepare employment contract documents, Visa/Work Permit documents, and coordinate with relevant government agencies.
  • Support the performance management process, establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coordinate annual performance evaluations, collect evaluation forms, and maintain data for promotion considerations and position changes.
  • Systematically create and update the employee database, prepare statistical reports on workforce levels, employee turnover, and basic personnel analysis data for presentation to management and for human resources decision-making.
  • Provide initial guidance to employees regarding human resources policies, company regulations, benefits, and compliance with labor laws, while monitoring adherence to practices and preparing documents for state agency audits.
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, interview scheduling, and follow up on candidates according to the workforce planning.
  • Maintain and update the personnel database, employment contracts, and HR documents.
  • Oversee the new employee orientation process and systematically monitor the probation period.
