Job Description

  • Information Technology (IT Support & Maintenance): Responsible for the management and maintenance of computer equipment, both Hardware and Software, to ensure optimal functionality. This includes providing initial technical problem-solving support to organizational personnel. - Coordination and Progress Tracking: Systematically coordinate and monitor the progress of assigned tasks in collaboration with various departments. - Field Operations: Conduct on-site investigations to gather facts, listen to the concerns of the public, and provide facilitation services to the community in response to complaints.
