Job Description

  • Provided general customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and offering support during their visit to ensure a smooth service experience. Responsible for preparing and managing financial documents and promotional materials used in daily operations. Handled phone communications related to promotional announcements, providing information about current campaigns and activities to customers when required. Also responsible for overseeing Self-Checkout (SCO) equipment, ensuring the machines were functioning properly, assisting customers when issues occurred, and coordinating with the relevant team when maintenance or technical support was needed to maintain efficient service operations.
