Job Description :
- Schedule appointments for supervisors, oversee responsibilities, prepare meeting documents and reports, and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders as directed.
- Establish a systematic approach for managing registration documents and evidence, including those related to students and other pertinent records.
- Develop operational plans for quality assurance and standards within educational institutions, incorporating both internal and external quality assessment certifications.
- Collaborate with the Office of Educational Standards and Quality Assessment to formulate a work calendar.
- Take charge of overseeing and maintaining the assets of the Faculty of Economics. Assigned control operations involve monitoring the building's condition and systems to ensure that all assets are well-preserved and operational for optimal use.
- Assist in overseeing and managing administrative tasks at the Office of the Dean within the Faculty of Economics.
- Review supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compare, analyze, and negotiate pricing of items and services to be purchased prior to requesting approval.
- Ensure that the procured items and services meet quality standards and arrive on time.
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update supplier information and pricing records.
- Work with team members to complete tasks as needed.
