Job Description

Answer incoming phone calls from clients, provide basic information, and handle their requests. Coordinate and transfer calls to the relevant departments or individuals within the organization accurately according to their inquiries. Manage internal communication between departments to ensure quick and smooth communication. Record contact information and details as needed to facilitate tracking and accurate information sharing. Support continuous and efficient internal communication, and provide courteous telephone service in accordance with organizational standards.
