Job Description

  • The company specializes in cardboard box manufacturing and offset printing. - Responding to CAR (Corrective Action Report) documents. - Preparing documentation and readiness for various internal audits and coordinating with the ISO team. - Standards ISO 9001/ISO 14001. - GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) standards. - FSC standards. - Document samples include traceability documents, training documents related to the quality system, calibration of measuring instruments, and team coordination to divide responsibilities. - Coordination with the IT team regarding the factory production system. - Developing Work Instructions, Working Standards, and Working Flows for each department's operations. - Creating COA documents, Outgoing Inspection, and Inspection PI system data (customer's system) as well as Inspection In-process documents for each department. - Coordinating with customers regarding New Model projects. - Inspecting work quality and submitting inspection results to the customer system. - Inspecting incoming raw materials, such as colors, paper, adhesives, and chemicals.
