Job Description

  • Credit Strategy & Governance - Develop and implement company credit policies aligned with enterprise risk management framework - Define approval criteria, credit limits, and payment terms by customer segmentation - Balance revenue growth objectives with controlled risk exposure - Credit Evaluation & Approval - Review and approve credit limits within delegated authority - Analyze financial statements, payment behavior, and industry risk factors - Recommend credit restructuring, adjustment of limits, or revised terms based on risk level - Portfolio & Collection Management - Lead and supervise collection team to achieve KPI targets - Monitor A/R Aging Report and identify high-risk accounts proactively - Implement preventive measures to reduce bad debt exposure - Oversee handling of legal cases including bounced cheques and delinquency disputes - Risk Reporting & System Improvement - Prepare Credit Risk Reports and portfolio performance analysis for management - Present risk exposure insights and recommend corrective actions - Improve internal credit control processes and risk monitoring systems - Leadership & Team Development - Supervise and develop credit team capability - Create structured training plans in financial analysis and negotiation skills - Coach team members to enhance analytical and risk assessment competency
