Job Description

  • Internship at Sikarin Hospital, Bangkok (Bangna) for a duration of 10 weeks in the Customer Relations Department and the Dermatology and Aesthetic Center. In the Customer Relations Department, responsibilities included welcoming and providing information to service users, guiding them through service procedures, facilitating their experience, and coordinating with various departments, as well as ensuring appropriate referrals to relevant units.
  • In the Dermatology and Aesthetic Center, duties involved welcoming and attending to patients, providing initial advice regarding services and treatment procedures, facilitating patients while they awaited services, assisting in preliminary symptom assessments, measuring blood pressure and body temperature to prepare for consultations with doctors, and coordinating documentation and patient referrals for treatment.
  • This internship allowed for the development of skills in customer service, communication, problem-solving in real-time situations, and teamwork within a hospital environment, which requires responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to care for service users appropriately.
