Job Description

  • - Organize and maintain documents for drivers and office staff in an orderly manner for easy and quick information retrieval.
  • - Prepare expense and trip reports for drivers, compiling data and verifying accuracy before submitting to the relevant departments.
  • - Record meeting minutes in detail, including follow-up and adherence to agreed-upon work procedures.
  • - Regularly monitor driver behavior and issue warnings when irregularities are detected, ensuring employees are aware and can improve their work conduct.
