Job Description

  • - Prepare and file value-added tax (VAT) returns and submit Form P.P.30 on a monthly basis.

  • - Process employee payroll and submit social security contributions.
  • - Maintain income and expense accounts and record daily transactions.
  • - Prepare invoices and billing documents.
  • - Issue certificates for withholding tax.
  • - Update 10 accounts and related documentation.
  • - Reconcile bank statements and verify accuracy.
  • - Close preliminary accounts, prepare financial files, and organize documents for auditors.
  • - Utilize Excel, Express, FlowAccount, and EASY-ACC Payroll software for data entry.
