  • 1.Construction Site Section
  • -Monitored daily construction progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and identified potential site issues for immediate resolution.
  • -Estimated Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for foundation works and prepared precise Bar Cutting Lists to optimize material usage and minimize waste on-site.
  • 2.Quality Control (QC) Section
  • -Conducted detailed inspections of rebar reinforcement before concrete pouring and verified the total number of installed piles against design layouts.
  • -Performed Rebound Hammer Tests to assess concrete surface hardness and observed Seismic Integrity Tests to evaluate the quality and continuity of foundation piles.
