Job Description

  • Plan and manage Sales, COL., COG., QSC., MS. to achieve targets for all branches under supervision - Control the quality of products and services at each branch to meet established standards - Monitor the operational standards of each branch to ensure compliance with company policies and standards (QSC checks) - Provide guidance, consultation, and assistance on various matters related to front-line operations (for both staff and store managers) - Plan workforce requirements, training, and development of personnel under responsibility - Prepare monthly performance summaries for presentation in meetings (each month).
