Job Description

  • - Prepare invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and verify accuracy.
  • - Prepare billing statements according to document cycles, follow up on documents, and ensure correct and complete document delivery.
  • - Record receipts and settle debts.
  • - Prepare notes accompanying financial statements, sales tax reports, and sales tax reports that are not yet due.
  • - Prepare monthly and quarterly AR Aging reports.
  • - Prepare reports categorizing other income and expenses charged back to contractors.
