Job Description

  • Manage immediate issues and complaints from both drivers and customers to maintain the brand's image. Monitor the standards, safety, and service of drivers in each area under supervision as per company guidelines, and arrange vehicles for branches according to customer requests. Address problems and reduce turnover rates by resolving issues promptly. Oversee the operations of 15 branches to ensure compliance with company policies and uniform standards. Manage a team of over 25 employees, including vehicle and personnel recruitment, as well as developing and evaluating performance (KPIs).
