Job Description

  • 1. Record income and expenses.
  • 2. Record debt payments and receipts.
  • 3. Reconcile GL (General Ledger) for expenses such as input tax, withholding tax forms 1/3/53, social security contributions, salaries, prepaid expenses, deposits, advance payments, accrued expenses, and rent.
  • 4. Verify trial balance for annual closing with the accounting firm.
  • 5. Issue invoices, tax invoices, and receipts.
  • 6. Conduct inventory counts.
  • 7. Verify, categorize, and file accounting documents.
  • 8. Liaise and coordinate with external and internal parties.

Job Description

  • 1. Record expenses and income in the accounting software.
  • 2. Record purchase and sales taxes and check the GL balance at the end of each month.
  • 3. Review the trial balance of each company every month.
  • 4. Sort and file expense and income documents, purchase and sales taxes for accounting purposes.
  • 5. Communicate with internal and external personnel and perform other tasks as assigned.
