Job Description

  • - Conduct laboratory research focused on enzyme immobilization specifically for the production of fructooligosaccharides (FOS). This involved preparing support materials essential for the experiments.
  • - Perform enzyme activity assays to assess the effectiveness of the immobilized enzymes and conduct Bradford protein analysis to quantify protein concentration.
  • - Analyze samples using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to ensure accurate measurement of FOS production.
  • - Evaluate the reusability of enzymes by conducting repeated experimental cycles, allowing for a thorough assessment of their performance over time.
  • - Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions and support ongoing research efforts.
