Job Description

• Manage and oversee the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) operations of the factory in compliance with relevant laws and organizational requirements - Prepare and review Job Safety Analyses (JSA) covering safety, health, and environmental hazards, while establishing risk control measures - Conduct EHS training for new employees and general staff, covering PPE safety, chemical management, and emergency response - Regularly inspect and monitor the readiness of safety and emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, emergency exit signs, and emergency lights - Develop and update the internal EHS manual in both Thai and Chinese to ensure that employees and contractors can perform their duties correctly - Create and enforce EHS agreements for contractors, including the issuance of Work Permits for specialized tasks - Address, investigate, and resolve environmental complaints from the community and relevant agencies, such as odor and wastewater issues, while identifying causes and reporting results - Inspect and monitor the operation of the wastewater treatment system and control the quality of discharged water to comply with industrial estate standards - Coordinate with external agencies, such as neighboring companies, industrial estates, and government authorities, to inspect and resolve environmental issues - Prepare and submit the monthly factory report (Rong. 8) electronically - Prepare and submit applications for hazardous chemical use permits and ensure proper storage, usage, and disposal in accordance with legal requirements - Process applications for the removal of industrial waste from the factory and monitor transportation and disposal to ensure compliance - Plan and implement environmental projects, such as waste bank initiatives, to promote waste segregation and reduction within the organization - Investigate accidents, develop measures to prevent recurrence, and follow up on corrective actions - Conduct safety inspections within the factory every three days, preparing reports and proposing improvement measures to relevant departments.

Job Description

• - Regularly organize meetings of the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Committee every month and prepare meeting reports.
• - Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for various types of work to identify specific job hazards and establish risk control measures.
• - Implement safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage for all new employees.
• - Oversee, improve, and update the company's safety board, including monthly safety statistics and related announcements.
• - Design safety campaign posters for internal communication within the organization.
• - Investigate work-related accidents and fire incidents, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• - Develop emergency response plans to enhance workplace safety and reduce risks.
• - Submit monthly factory operation reports (Form Rong 8) through the system.
• - Regularly inspect the condition of fire extinguishers, fire hoses, emergency lights, and fire alarm systems.
• - Prepare the company's annual safety plan and present it to management.
• - Organize seasonal safety awareness campaigns (e.g., during Songkran and New Year festivals) to promote road safety awareness.
• - Develop and update the workplace safety manual for all departments.
• - Conduct training on the proper use of fire extinguishers and emergency response in the event of a fire.
• - Implement safety control for contractors by issuing work permits and supervising compliance with safety regulations in the work area.
• - Maintain a record of hazardous chemicals and prepare safety data sheets for chemicals.
