Job Description

  • Selected for the Work and Study program at the HomePro Distribution Center, Wang Noi branch, for a duration of one academic year in the Automated Goods Preparation Department (U-Pick), utilizing WMS technology within the warehouse to learn and engage in practical operations in the warehousing process. Responsibilities and activities included:
  • 1. Verifying the accuracy of product withdrawals according to specified lists and quantities.
  • 2. Overseeing, controlling, and effectively communicating the correct operational procedures to foreign employees using self-created infographics.
  • 3. Providing guidance and advice to foreign employees when issues arise during operations.
  • 4. Coordinating and assisting in resolving initial problems in the workflow.
  • 5. Making decisions to resolve issues within the assigned area of responsibility, within the scope permitted by the manager.
  • 6. Creating a video presentation of the automated warehouse operational procedures to be used as training material for both new Thai and foreign employees.
