Job Description

- Greet customers and receive vehicles for service, providing initial information regarding repairs and available services.
- Assess repair costs by evaluating the vehicle's symptoms to present a clear and transparent quotation to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to manage the documentation and procedures related to insurance claims.
- Open repair orders and record detailed information to ensure organized workflow and traceability.
- Monitor the progress of repairs to provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicle.
- Inspect the vehicle's condition before handing it over to the customer to ensure everything is in good condition and ready for use.
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer, explaining the details of the repairs and maintenance to ensure maximum satisfaction.
