Job Description

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the computer lab, and ensure all equipment is in working order at all times.
  • Install necessary programs and software for lab use, including updating versions to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise in the lab, such as reinstalling programs or fixing software errors.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on the use of computers and various software to improve work efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the lab receives appropriate and up-to-date technical support.
