Job Description

  • Achieved significant sales growth, driving Sell-in up by 160% (50,120 units) and Sell-out by 140% (54,540 units) from 400 participating stores in fiscal year 68 - fiscal year 67, successfully opening up to 50 new stores within a 4-month period. Continuously generated sales from stores to enhance sell-in opportunities and identify chances to increase SKUs and open new stores within the target group. Managed field marketing activities, planned events and concerts to create brand awareness, while effectively managing media and trade programs in 7-11 and Lotus's channels. Developed sales team skills by analyzing and conveying product information in quarterly meetings to enhance in-store sales capabilities for the sales team and distributors. Oversaw and managed the Modern Trade group, covering convenience stores such as 7-11, Lotus's go fresh, Big C Minu, Lawson108, and Makro. Strategically planned daily operations and organized route plans for store visits in the assigned area to maximize frequency and quality of service. Provided product knowledge to store owners and sales staff to enhance brand image and increase consumer awareness. Controlled product arrangement according to the designated planogram, ensured the accuracy of product price tags, and managed stock levels to always meet sales demands.
