Job Description

  • Performed molecular testing, including extraction and quantification of Host Cell DNA and plasmid DNA in DNA vaccine samples using Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR).
  • Conducted quantitative analysis of Host Cell Protein and Protein A in test samples using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).
