Job Description

  • Verify checks and cash, prepare bank deposits, and record and monitor transactions in the SAP system through to collection
  • Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging reports and follow up on customer payment status
  • Develop dashboards of customer financial data to support credit limit evaluation
  • Maintain and control financial documents systematically
  • Apply payments from other company income to settle outstanding receivables
