  • Reviewed, analyzed, and revised contractual terms in both Thai and English such as Employment Contract, Sales Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Operation and Maintenance Contract etc. - Drafted and prepared the Power of Attorney (POA) along with its required enclosures. - Advised internal employee to ensure compliance to legal and regulatory standards. - Reviewed advertisements submitted for installation approval on the BTS Skytrain system and provided legal opinions regarding content compliance. - Drafted and prepared official correspondence with external agencies, such as drone flight permits and advertising installation approvals for the BTS Skytrain system etc. - Conducted comprehensive legal research and analyzed Supreme Court precedents to support legal opinions on various corporate operations. - Liaised with government agencies. - Evaluated draft legislation relevant to the company and revised internal regulations. - Drafted and prepared Notice Letters, such as a letter of demand for reimbursement of damages etc. - Participated in meetings, contributed legal consultation, and summarized key takeaways. - Passed the Lawyer license exam. - (Currently in the process of submitting documentation for Lawyer License issuance.)
