Job Description

  • Performed project documentation tasks related to the Fund Office, responsible for preparing reports on income and expenditure and summarizing monthly balances, as well as systematically recording and entering financial data.
  • Managed correspondence tasks, including the receipt and dispatch of documents, daily document storage, and the preparation of payroll disbursement documents, as well as overseeing procurement and service contracting operations.
