• - Demonstrated and serviced Laparoscopy cameras and electrosurgical devices, as well as hand instruments used in laparoscopic procedures.
• - Ensured the safety and readiness of medical instruments and equipment, maintaining compliance with standards at all times.
• - Traveled to various hospitals to oversee maintenance, organize equipment, and personally maintain repair records.
• - Coordinated with international manufacturers for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various complex instruments, such as surgical monitors.
• - Provided guidance to medical personnel on the correct and safe use of instruments to minimize damage.
• - Willing to travel both within Bangkok and to other provinces, possessing extensive experience in travel logistics.
• - Capable of independently participating in cases and handling the camera during laparoscopic procedures.
• - Demonstrated leadership skills and teamwork abilities, effectively integrating collaborative efforts into work processes.
• - Responsible for post-case evaluations with physicians and nurses, collecting data after each procedure.

Job Description

• - Travel to hospitals to service surgical camera equipment for physicians and nurses in actual usage, verify color and image sharpness, and rectify any errors occurring in the operating room.
• - Install new medical devices and demonstrate their usage to medical personnel.
• - Conduct satisfaction surveys and collect maintenance statistics.
• - Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) operations to extend equipment lifespan.
• - Repair and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions by inspecting, correcting, and replacing parts.
• - Verify the accuracy of measurements obtained from instruments to meet standards.
• - Provide technical information and assist nurses or physicians in using the equipment.
