Job Description

  • - Review payment transfer statements from debtors and perform bank reconciliation
  • - Conduct VLOOKUP and process debt payments
  • - Monitor outstanding debts from debtors
  • - Issue receipts
  • - Verify and track money transfer transactions from debtors
  • - Prepare billing statements and coordinate with clients to ensure timely billing cycles
  • - Attach and organize documents
  • - Prepare reports on outstanding debt for management review
