Job Description

  • Manage automotive spare parts inventory, verifying and accurately counting parts according to the system and maintaining up-to-date data. Responsible for accounts payable, reviewing invoices, receipts, and the accuracy of various expense documents. Coordinate with external individuals or departments regarding expenses. Prepare cash and check payment documents, and process checks accurately and completely according to established procedures.
