Job Description

Acting Service Engineer
The Urgent Care Department is primarily responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and resolving issues with heavy machinery that break down unexpectedly on-site, urgently minimizing downtime. This includes planning emergency repairs, ensuring safety, and coordinating with technicians and spare parts to restore machinery to operational status immediately.
Follow-up: Monitor the progress of repairs to ensure completion within the specified timeframe, allowing construction activities to continue seamlessly.
Reporting: Prepare reports for abnormal incidents or emergencies to document repair history.
In summary, this role serves as the "emergency response unit" to ensure machinery is always ready for use.
