• - Collaborate with supervisors to establish product standards.
• - Study the shelf life of finished products according to the plan.
• - Coordinate the calibration of all lab equipment according to the plan.
• - Coordinate the analysis of finished products to external labs according to the required laws and regulations.
• - Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses and record results before releasing each production batch.
• - Check the cleaning efficiency of all processes using swab tests, air tests, and allergen tests according to the established plan.
• - Use and maintain the cleanliness of equipment used regularly.
• - Inspect and receive RM&PK (Returning Materials & Packaging).
• - Respond to customer complaints regarding non-conformity.
• - Monitor and verify product quality according to the established plan.
• - Record documentation related to quality assurance.
• - Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Description

• - Ensure product quality complies with GMP and HACCP standards by monitoring production processes and product characteristics.
• - Conduct physical and chemical analyses, including recording results to ensure products pass inspections before being released to the market.
• - Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for each product type to provide customers with clear information regarding quality.
• - Develop and update quality-related documents such as Quality Plans (QP), Standard Documents (SD), Work Instructions (WI), and Forms (FM) to comply with specified requirements and standards.
• - Assess and monitor the effectiveness of cleaning procedures in all production processes by utilizing Swab Tests to verify cleanliness and safety.
• - Evaluate and oversee the services provided by pest control companies to ensure that preventive measures are effective and meet established standards.
