• Receive parts from the vendor, input data into the system, and store parts according to their designated locations. Coordinate with the responsible personnel to ensure that the production line is informed of the quantity of this part number or lot stored in the warehouse. When the production line contacts for part usage, prepare the parts according to the received orders and update the system to reflect the quantity issued.

Job Description

• Conduct quality control and assurance by performing detailed visual inspections of components, utilizing Vernier Calipers to accurately measure width, thickness, and depth of parts both internally and externally.
• Receive parts from suppliers, efficiently scan barcodes and QR codes, and systematically organize items into designated locations based on their Part Numbers (P/N) for easy retrieval and inventory management.
