  • Surveying and Layout Work - Work Level: Establishing the PT floor scaffold level, pile cut-off work, and offset meter level - Positioning Work: Utilizing a Total Station to position the foundation and the main baseline of the building - Building Alignment: Aligning beams, gutters, masonry walls, staircases, and structural steel elevator levels - Structural Work - Site Management: Preparing the site and coordinating with contractors to ensure work proceeds as planned - Work Control: Overseeing post-tensioning work and concrete pouring - Inspection: Verifying steel work and concrete formwork to ensure compliance with engineering specifications - Architectural Work - Quality Control: Ensuring bricklaying and architectural work adhere to standards - Work Monitoring: Inspecting and expediting contractor milestones to ensure timely completion.
