Job Description

  • Plan and conduct recruitment activities according to approved manpower requirements.
  • - Coordinate with related departments to define job requirements and qualifications. - Post job vacancies through various channels such as job portals, social media, and job fairs.
  • - Screen applications, arrange interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
  • - Prepare employment documents and follow up on new employees onboarding process.
