Job Description

- Plan production efficiently by considering demand and production capacity to ensure adequate preparation of raw materials.
- Calculate the quantity of raw materials and ingredients required according to the production plan to accurately and timely open Purchase Requests (PR) for orders.
- Receive PR from the planning team and proceed to open Purchase Orders (PO) for the procurement of necessary raw materials and ingredients.
- Send PO to suppliers for ordering, while confirming order details to avoid errors.
- Check the received raw materials and ingredients to ensure they meet the specifications and quality outlined in the production plan.
- Monitor the status of raw materials and ingredients in stock to ensure proper inventory management and prevent shortages.
