Job Description

• Analyze the quality of raw materials, products (In-process/FG), and industrial water systems (Boiler/RO/wastewater).
• Manage non-conforming products and raw materials (NCR) while analyzing causes and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and related quality system documentation.
• Manage measuring instruments (Calibration), scientific equipment, and plan the procurement of chemicals to ensure availability.
• Ensure operations comply with GHPs, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Job Description

• Prepare documentation for SOP, WI, HACCP, and CCP Validation, as well as coordinate and prepare for audits.
• Additionally, prepare supporting information for external audits, respond to customer quality questionnaires for vendor registration, collaborate with the purchasing department to evaluate vendor standards, and compile reports to address customer complaints.
• Review specifications for raw materials, product labels, and quantities prior to mixing, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for delivery to customers.
• Manage calibration of measuring instruments and analysis of product samples both internally and externally, including quality checks of potable water, wastewater, on-site hygiene, and shelf-life criteria.
• Implement the development of traceability system information and conduct mock recall process tests to confirm safety standards.

Job Description

• Control and execute the production of microbial cultures, ensuring the preservation of microorganisms for immediate use and free from contamination.
• Develop products and conduct comparative performance testing, along with preparing experimental reports.
• Compile academic reports to support sales activities.
• Manage the registration and renewal of products with government agencies, while coordinating assessments and inspections.
