Job Description

  • We provide after-sales customer service by continuously monitoring and tracking customer satisfaction. We receive repair requests from customers and accurately record problem details. We perform initial troubleshooting and provide appropriate usage instructions. We coordinate with technical teams or relevant departments to expedite repairs and follow up on repair results to ensure the problem is resolved and the customer is fully satisfied.
