• 1) Responsible for managing and overseeing projects assigned by the company, with a focus on planning and continuous progress monitoring.
• 2) Prepare project submission documents for tasks assigned by the company, while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
• 3) Present work at meetings and deliver assignments on schedule to ensure effective communication.
• 4) Conduct training on the CCTV system and access control system for colleagues to enhance knowledge and skills in the proper use of the systems.

Job Description

• 1) Plan work and allocate personnel within the team to carry out various assigned tasks.
• 2) Provide consultation and assistance to team members when they encounter decision-making challenges.
• 3) Allocate, control, and monitor subcontractor teams regarding various tasks to ensure they meet objectives.
• 4) Assigned by AES to oversee the CCTV, Access Control, Network Switch, UPS, and HRMI systems within Chulalongkorn Hospital for a duration of 8 years.
• 5) Develop an annual maintenance plan for the CCTV, Access Control, Network Switch, UPS, and HRMI systems.
• 6) Prepare various documents for project delivery, such as work delivery forms, maintenance summary forms, checklists, master plans, and presentation files for project submission.
• 7) Supervise subcontractor work within the assigned area to ensure proper execution.
• 8) Perform repair and maintenance duties for the CCTV, Access Control, Network Switch, UPS, and HRMI systems.
• 9) Conduct training for junior staff within AES regarding the CCTV, Access Control, and Network Switch systems to equip them with knowledge for addressing assigned tasks.
• 10) Summarize and survey various tasks to deliver to the sales department for pricing proposals to meet customer requirements.
