Job Description

1. KOL / Influencer / Live product reviews and Live product sales
2. Monitor the workflow of KOLs from receiving briefs, content creation, video review, to actual project execution
3. Ensure content quality aligns with the brief and agreements
4. Manage documentation and disbursement of expenses and payments to KOLs/Influencers
5. Prepare quotations, invoices, and other documentation for influencers
6. Develop monthly affiliate campaign strategies
7. Source affiliates for free product reviews

Job Description

1) Coordinate between internal and external teams
2) Research and prepare locations for filming on shoot days
3) Assist in contacting and selecting KOLs & Influencers
4) Prepare quotations and coordinate payments for KOLs & Influencers
5) Oversee and facilitate KOLs/Influencers both before and during filming, including attire, organization, and punctuality
6) Manage welfare arrangements for the film crew, such as food and beverages
7) Inspect and monitor the readiness of equipment and locations before and after filming
8) Address immediate issues and coordinate promptly as needed
