Job Description

  • Oversee and prepare the restaurant area, ensuring all aspects are in order prior to service, such as the cleanliness of dining utensils, the readiness of equipment in the restaurant, and the presentation of food across all lines. Once the restaurant is open for service, it is essential to attend to customers in every aspect, including maintaining cleanliness (clearing plates and ensuring cleanliness during and after customers' dining experiences). Provide customers with necessary information, such as the schedule of events within the company after service hours. Additionally, ensure the cleanliness of all equipment in the restaurant. Furthermore, if there are private group bookings or various events, responsibility for food and beverage arrangements must also be managed.
