Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: - Perform machine control, troubleshooting, and maintenance in production lines - Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) to ensure machine reliability and uptime - Support SMT manufacturing processes including Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow - Analyze machine data using Excel and system log files for performance improvement - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Machine & Process Experience: Pick & Place Machines: - Amicra (Lens Attach, PD Attach) - Datacon (VCSEL Attach, Tx Tab Attach) - Fuzion (BGA Attach) - Fine-tech (Lens Attach) - Amadyne (Attenuator Attach) Inspection: - AOI (Nordson) Automated Optical Inspection Reflow: - Heller Reflow Oven Temperature Profile Key Achievements: - Machine Setup & Validation - Set up, created programs, and validated processes for Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow machines - Automation & Programming Improvement - Developed automation scripts using BAT, VBS, HTA, BAT, VBA, and Excel Macro - Automated machine logfile (SN data) processing and system updates - Reduced manual working time by 8 12 hours per day - Enabled batch processing for large-scale data handling - Improved production release speed significantly - Built reusable automation tools for recurring issues - Applied AI-assisted scripting to optimize real production conditions - Enhanced troubleshooting capability for high-volume machine errors
