Job Description

1. Design Work
- Design banners for news and various activities for the Intranet system.
- Design the cover for the 56-1 One Report and some content.
- Prepare the report on sustainable development.
- Design various promotional materials as per the situation.
2. Documentation Work
- Prepare the budget for company activities within the responsible areas, such as Children's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, and company merit-making events.
- Prepare disbursement documents, including documents for clearing various expenses.
- Prepare documents for issuing PR.
3. Other Duties
- Manage the backend system of the company's internal website.
- Organize various activities for company employees, such as company merit-making events, Songkran, Father's Day, Mother's Day, and Children's Day.
- Organize monthly activities for employees and post on social media.
- Act as an observer for monitoring the company's ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- Oversee the preparation of meeting rooms for executives.
