Job Description

  • 1. System Configuration & Setup
  • • Customized Setup: Tailoring and configuring devices (barcode printers, scanners, scales, etc.) to suit the specific usage patterns of each client.
  • • Pre-delivery Inspection: Verifying the readiness of products prior to delivery to ensure that clients can use them immediately (Plug-and-Play).
  • 2. Technical Troubleshooting
  • • Direct Diagnosis: Analyzing the causes of issues occurring with clients' products.
