Job Description

Lotus Broker Project and Counter Service Project
Responsibilities:
- Execute the issuance of insurance policies for new business, renewals, and transfers in accordance with stipulated conditions and timelines.
- Calculate and propose insurance premiums for new business.
- Monitor and resolve issues to ensure completion of tasks within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Process endorsements to amend information in policies.
- Organize and accurately record documents and data into the system systematically.
- Procure various promotional items such as gift cards, folding umbrellas, advertising signs, bags, etc.
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the ZAP system.
- Prepare invoice records from partners in the ZAP system.
