Job Description

  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Billing
  • - Verify accounts payable (AP) entries.
  • - Review PR, PO documents, and the accuracy of accounting documents (Invoice, PO, Delivery Note).
  • - Record invoice data and payment transactions in the accounting system.
  • - Supervise the accounting entries of Junior staff.
  • - Record accrued expenses to close monthly financial statements.
  • - Ensure timely recording of transactions and maintain complete Fixed Costs each month.
  • Prior to Payment Processing
  • - Review Payment Voucher (PV) documents.
  • - Verify withholding tax (WHT) documents before submission through the banking system for vendor payments.
  • Taxation
  • - Review and reconcile G/L accounts before preparing and filing tax returns.
  • - Prepare and submit forms PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, P.P.30, PND.36, and PND.1Kor.
  • Reconciliation and Account Adjustment
  • - Reconcile Category 1 and 2 accounts.
  • - Reconcile bank accounts.
  • - Adjust end-of-period account entries such as Accrued Expense, Prepaid Expense, Depreciation, and Accounts Payable to ensure compliance with accrual criteria.
